Road Construction Time

Sunland Asphalt will be in our community this week to finish road surfaces on Avenida Villaescusa, Villaescusa Court and all of the streets and courts north of the Anza/Balderrain intersection which I describe as Upper Anza Circle.
This will include:
all of Circulo de Anza,
de Anza Court West,
de Anza Court East and
Avenida Diaz.
All these roadways received a crack seal coating on damaged or cracked pavement. Further, there was edge and pothole repair throughout the HOA at about the same time.
Work this week will be coating the entire road surfaces of the streets mentioned above to preserve against weather and sun damage.
According to Sunland, one lane will always be open however, be prepared to use alternate routes if possible.
There will be additional paving in early August along the east/west stretch of Belderrain. More on this as we approach those dates.
