TVPOA 2026 Dues Update

Dear TVPOA Members—


The purpose of the recent email from Stellar Property Management was to alert all owners that some payments sent to the old HOA Tubac post office were not received. I wanted to follow up with a message to provide more context and clarity.


Normally, owners are very good about paying their assessments on time. This year, however, we have had a large number of outstanding accounts.


If your account is in arrears, you will be contacted by Stellar Property Management via a separate email stating as such.


If your account is fully paid, you will not be contacted.
